The high point of BCA activities and a high light of Bexley’s 2008 Centennial Celebration are the traditional 4th of July festivities!

The festivities begin at 8 am with the John Barr 5K and continue with the preparation and riding of the parade. By 9:30 more than 15,000 people will turn out to watch the parade and kick off their day with family and friends.

The afternoon is free for families and friends to enjoy their day together. Later, the community will reunite for the traditional Music in the Meadow, awards ceremonies, family picnics and fireworks.

Check back for updates and schedules and plan on joining us on Saturday, July 4, 2009, for all the festivities!
